Our focus is on providing modern, effective and smart training solutions that work and are backed up by science and evidence. I use my coaching skills and experience to help you make use and stick to these training techniques to achieve the great dog you wanted all along.
Everyone has different styles of training but I never consider using pain or fear to train a pet dog an ethical choice. Instead we use motivational techniques which include using markers, toys and food to train your dog.
My Story

I studied for many business qualifications including an MBA and its during my professional business career I studied Mentoring and Coaching as well as NLP Masters. I have a great interest in people helping them to change and achieve their goals.
I am always learning and I am currently studying for The School of Canine Science Behaviour Bible course in addition to many of their other courses as well as Absolute Dogs many games based programmes. The community of trainers is excellent and a wonderful support group to refer to. Both of these inspiring groups have given me the support and confidence to start my own dog training business.
I have always had a passion for and loved dogs and lived with and trained them at home until leaving for university and a career. As soon as I was able when I finished my consulting career and started working for myself with my best friend and husband we had to get a dog. So in 2000 we rescued Charlie from Dogs Trust or National Canine Defence League as it was called then in Adel Leeds. I always wanted to learn the best way and Susan Garrett was an inspiration to me and still is.
We have since rescued many more often with issues which is where my love of dogs and dog training comes from. Our dog’s stories are below.
I have always helped family and friends with their dogs successfully and want to help many more owners rescue, keep dogs out of shelters and help their companion be a great part of the family.
My passion for dogs and keeping them out of shelters, rescuing and helping wonderful people who have dogs is why I do this.
